Credit Card Charged but no FBMLE

Billy Tee, I suggest you contact Busse. Another Australian member had a problem with his order due to it being an overseas order and was never informed..

I don't think they trust Australians Billy Tee. I got told this morning that even though the web site is set up for credit cards from other countries they do not accept this form of payment. They accept paypal, money orders, or western union. They will all cost you a lot extra. A money order from the postoffice will be the cheapest but but add another week or two to the process. As the FBM is ending soon I suggest you contact them.

I ordered on the web page and it went through OK I even got a confimation email. I've got a couple of knives of the copany store on my credit card, it took a long time though.

Billy I ordered off the Web also and got the confirmation as well, now they are telling me they do not accept international credit card payments. I have also purchased from the company store with no problems but aparently they are an entirely different company.

Just send them an email that will answer all your questions.

If my credit card isn't good enough for them they can keep their Knife.

Well that's your choice.
I'm a bit annoyed as well. I probably could have had my knife weeks ago if someone had bothered to tell me, but I'm going to try to work with the system, before I give up on them.

Trumby, who lives in AU, has a wall full of Infi and I dont think ive ever heard him complain about not being able to get anything.

But obviously their are some, that are having problems, would you prefer we didn't discuss it here? Or perhaps your could offer some advise for us beginners who have obviously got it all wrong.

I dont work for the company and I dont live in AU so I dont know how to help you. I would suggest calling over an email because you are running out of time.

Thats a bummer that you guys are havin trouble gettin' your INFI!
I would put money on it, that if the folks at Busse knew about the problem, they would do everything in their power to correct it! They have the best customer service I have ever heard of. Bar None. If you have the means, I highly recommend calling the shop. It's very possible that they just aren't aware of any problems. I'm sure they will take care of you!

Here is the number for the shop - (419)923-6471

I contacted them again and they have sorted it. My CGFBM should be on it's way.

Billy Tee all it takes is a bit of communication don't give up.

Wuyeah, Man, I am glad you will have yours tomorrow. I am still waiting for mine hopefully sometime this week!

Ok, I just got mine this morning. Since I had been there so I am trying to ease you all a bit. Mine came yesterday, my cards were charged few days after christmas. Which mean....if your card is charged later than I am. You just gotta WAIT a bit.

In between time I called 2 times. Although I did request a tracking confirmation number to be provided at 2nd called. I did not recieve a tracking before I recieved my LE.

So, if you did not recieved tracking, your blade might hv already on its way. Call shops if you are worry. Amy told me that she will sent last week, and she did.

Hope chewing my words can help you to be patient a bit.

Read the following thread to see why Busse Combat needs to be careful dealing with new international customers http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=365575

You need to be carefull dealing with all customers. I once delivered a load of goods to a new business in my home town. The cheque bounced and when I went to see him, he was gone, didn't pay the rent either.

I haven't had any problems with credit card since they introduced the varification numbers on the cards, but someone is sure to get around it eventually.

Ausblade. I am glad to hear you got your order sorted out. The folks at Busse are certainly good to deal with. Billy Tee, I would definatly shoot Busse an email and see what is going on.
