I notice that one of these knives says "assembled in China". "Assembled in USA" is sometimes viewed as deceptive marketing or cover for wherever the parts were made. To see "assembled in China", I have to ask where those parts were made.
Again. I actually do like Project Farm's videos, stuff like saws, hand tools, motor oil, etc. Feel like he is pretty unbiased as well. But the fact remains, really anyone trying to rank the "best" knives, especially a non-knife person, is nauseating
