Crowbar or Knife?

Hmmmm, seems like another case of people seeing what they want to see.
I have alot of screwdrivers, USA made, which have imprinted on them "do
not use as a pry bar" yet my colleagues and I are always doing exactly that.

Now WHY do ya think they say that right on a well made screwdriver HUH?
Because it might what......? damage.......? them>>>>>>????

So how come we can use these supposed non-pry bars as pry bars every day
for years and we don't break them? BECAUSE WE USE THEM WITHIN THEIR LIMITS, YO. :barf:

i've seen a few of those pry bar/ screw driver combos. they all ways seem to be bent over to one side...

By the way were they USA made? If so, they will have a warranty, and it is being abused by the guys who bend them.

they sure as shit weren't mine. its just funny what you find in peoples toolboxes. right tool for the job.

all my hand tools are either craftsman or snap- on. all my pneumatic tools are snap-on. quality pays for itself.

Now that you mention it my boss does has a few "entertaining" pieces in his box, lol.

That's ^^^ funny.

Now can we get the theme song from Jeopardy going, hopefully to inspire
the OP to disclose just exactly what knife, or bladed object we are talking about?

If not then fine becuz I'm having alot of fun just BSing around here.... :D

its fun till they shut us down.

'please, this is general knife discussion. don't break the damn rules!'

i got my first infraction yesterday. i couldnt believe it.

:barf: My friend John Doe bought a new knife that cost around $300.00.He just called yelling at me because the blade broke.I had sung the praises of this knife as a fine knife. Now he is b. me out.I ask what he was doing with the knife when the blade broke. He was prying a bolt out of a board that he wants to use in a book case project. He is so mad.I will give him a crowbar with a bow on it when he calms down.:p:p:p

Was it a ZT in 3V?

Was it a ZT in 3V?

i've pried out many nails with my zt100...no damage, no problem...why do i do it? because at those times i had no choice.

wouldn't pry of a bolt though, because i know it won't work, period...however i have cut through a small bolt once; batonned it with a hard mallet...no damage to edge...

For the love of god!! What freakin kind of knife was it!?

driving me crazy..

I'm imagining its either a folder or a custom fixed blade most production fixed blades that I am aware of that is 300+ are built twice as thick as most prybars.
