CSC - Share your Canal Street Cutlery Knives

I wish I could find some more in the black corn cob bone....I very narrowly missed out on a pinch in corn cob bone recently.

I dropped my Cannitler on my hardwood floor this morning and the shield fell off. :( JB Weld to the rescue.

You're lucky that's all that fell off the knife.

Yeah, I didn't see any other damage but I only took a quick look. I was on my way out the door headed for work. I'll have to do a thorough inspection when I get home. It's been so long since I dropped a knife. I can't even remember when the last time was. I guess I was about due.

I'm semi-sorta on the lookout for a CSC Swell Center Jack. Surprised no one has posted a pic or 2 in this thread yet. CSC does a great job on their bone scales.

If I was going to knock CSC on anything it would be the glued in shield. Other than that the ones I've owned have all been on par with my GEC's as far as fit and finish goes. Just got this one a couple days ago and the walk and talk and finish is perfect in every way. Feels just like my single blade GEC 48 only heftier.

Decided to start a fresh patina. Love this copper!!! Took about 30 seconds with some NevrDull and it looks brand new again.

Nice knives everyone. I don't own a CSC but those reclaimed chestnut trappers sure are tempting.

That amber dark brown jigged bone they use is stunning. I like it even better than Queen's ACSB from a few years back, and I really like that ACSB.
