CSC - Share your Canal Street Cutlery Knives

Hey Eric......Please tell us about that watch in post #3. :eagerness:
Thanks.....Bruno

Bought the watch from a distributor in Kentucky when I was getting the ring openers. Face pops up for a magnifying glass and has a button for a light in the front. Never could find out how many were made. Never wear it, just store it with my other CSC knives.

Cool watch.

This just in...

Nice swell center Glenn!

If I'm not mistaken I think that watch was sold by Red Hill Cutlery way back about eight or so years ago.Not positive though, I'll try and find out the details tomorrow.

Wow, I love that little barlow! What model is that? (Ok, I looked it up, 3 1/4" closed? love that size)

I have a CSC muskrat made for Rigid, I'd really like the whittler from this series:

I got my first CSC knife today. It was chestnut wood that clinched it, and the wood on this one has very nice grain (which the lighting in this pic doesn't fully bring out).

One of the best built knives I have ever owned. Swell center jack. I also have a CSC stockman and a few CSC built Kabar blades.

Crowe, is that ebony or horn? That is a beast of a knife, isn't it?

I hope you all don’t mind if I bring this thread back up, but it would be fantastic to get the discussion around the knives of Canal Street Cutlery up and going again. It seems all the old threads have mostly dead pictures in them. As a new fan of the knives this company made, it would just be great to see other collectors sharing pictures of their knives, stories about the brand, and other background information.

To me, these knives have a style and a feel that is completely unique. They seem to strike a perfect balance between form and function, and the few I’ve handled have been of exceptional quality.

Here’s my attempt at capturing in a few pictures the way this knife makes me feel.
