My babe got me a peanut the other day, she heard me talking about peanuts all the time, so I guess I'm now part of the cult.

And no...Sinatra is a class act.
 
I guess I should probably be considered a member. Especially after the box of 5 peanuts showed up today. So that makes 10 peanuts total.

I'd like to be a member but can't decide on one, looking for carbon steel versions and keep finding SS, I've enjoyed all these pics and comments though so thought I'd better thank you all :)
 
Ran across one I've been looking for for awhile, hopefully by Saturday I'll have my new Schatt & Morgan peanut.

With the Case blue bone BSA peanut my family gave me for my birthday, that will make 7 :D I'd love an AG Russell Pinched Peanut but gotta save up for that.

I can't believe I've missed this thread! I have a Yeller CV that I've had for a couple years. It's my only 'nut so far.

I also have my Papaw's Schrade 18OT, a single blade liner lock that is a hair shorter, and considerably thinner. Have a couple Case Eisenhower's, one of which belonged to my Papaw, but they are bigger than the 'nut.
 
Zippofan: I love the look of that pinched peanut. I have not ordered one because the website says it weighs over 4 ounces. The heaviest knife I carry is 2.7 ounces. I don't see how that knife can weigh so much?
Love it, though. Peanut with wharncliffe? Incredible.

I guess it must be a typo on the website, it doesn't weigh any more than any of my Case Peanuts. The spacers are steel rather than brass, blades are VG-10 but neither contributes to the weight that much.

It is a tremendous slicer, the blades are ground very thin and sharp. Good thing too, I'm not sure how good I'll be sharpening VG-10 ;)
 
I've got nine peanuts, and thinking seriously about the damascus/stag from Case....
