I sent it to K9, but its duracoat paint. it has held up extremely well too, both on the knife and the sheath.

I can't say. The person that did it doesn't want me too. They're too busy. I'm sure there are lots of custom knife makers out there that would do it. BTW, redhat6161 had one made too:
