Custom Knives At Work.

I have found this Tony Bose NKCA paring knife is just perfect for slicing wild turkey breast for the stove. It didn't bat an eye at the task.

Nice pics but just a little advice, no PICKLES :foot:with foie gras.
foie gras should be placed just hard bread, not smear:D
and drink a little glass of sweet wine types sauternes ,tariquet , monbazillac or alsace wine gewurztraminer vendanges tardives the better .sauternes is must expensive wine .

Good news that your friend is French .When I have time I'm me even foie gras, but less and less .

Yes. That is 34*°C (93.2 F) at 22:58. It was hot.
 
A gentleman in Texas just picked up this knife from another customer un-used from 2012.
He decided it needed to see some use - so here she is!
