my wife said it cute like butter through all of the bones and it had no damage to the edge, still slicing meat even easier i love cpm154. she has been beating the crap out of this thing and it keeps on going with out sharpening.

Dunham in no way did I think I was going to offend anyone, by posting these images, especially on this thread. Have you seen the other puctures on this thread? Also I dont know if you have realized, that my wife does not cut up chicken for fun, she does it to feed a family of 5.
