Custom Knives At Work.

Here's another one for Joe, I love my 10" Chef's knife, especially his work on the 1095. Incredibly easy to sharpen and takes an absolute wicked edge using Japanese whetstones.

Clearly I have no photographic skill and I was using an iPhone so please forgive me for the lackluster pictures.

A few Sam in action, not mine .....

It is first time when I post this kind of pictures. On the forum that I frequented before in France, this kind of photography is very badly seen....

Nice shots Norbert - thanks for sharing them (and yes, dead critter pics are not embraced everywhere).

Joe, I always enjoy seeing your posts with knives doing work with game.

You are right Roger, but what to say about these poor tomatoes were cut into slices by all these tactical knives...: Eek:

I just had a Pack Knife head out for the weekend in Texas with a father and son duo who used it to build their camping shelter:
(This kind of stuff makes me proud to be a knife maker.)

Here's one of mine, doing what it was made to do. In fact, I started making to make this knife. It took a couple years... this one and an earlier revision brought over by my hunting friend disassembled the whole critter.
