Here's another one for Joe, I love my 10" Chef's knife, especially his work on the 1095. Incredibly easy to sharpen and takes an absolute wicked edge using Japanese whetstones.

Clearly I have no photographic skill and I was using an iPhone so please forgive me for the lackluster pictures.

I just had a Pack Knife head out for the weekend in Texas with a father and son duo who used it to build their camping shelter:
