Custom Made Titanium Standoffs, Screws, and LockRing for Zero Tolerance ZT0562

I just purchased a ZT 0562 and wonder if these Ti parts are still available. Also to those that have had their Ti parts for a while, can you tell me if the color stays the same or does it wear over time?
 
What tool are you guys using to install these screws on the scales and the pivot? Just a regular flathead screwdriver?
