Absolutely!! Great steaks is/are absolutely correct, but my everyday carry is usually a 303. Guess I'll have to take along the 110 on my next visit. When you pass this way again, give me a call; dinner is on me. :)

Here is my massive collection from late last summer. The BG-42 one is so-labelled on the spline - and states 'Buck', 'CUSTOM', and 'USA' near the tang. On the other side, it states 'DESIGNERS CHOICE'. My Damascus simply has 'BUCK', 110 chicken scratch', and 'USA' near the tang - nothing on the reverse side. My third CS 110 is still MIA... it's early, yet... and, to be fair, Pete never said which Friday it'd be ready! I can't wait - a BG-42 in a fg-ed water buffalo/NS 110. Should be worth the wait.

Yep, BG-42 was orange Fiji; Damascus was flaming Koa. They both look really different at other lighting angles.

I'll never forget that first Saturday in December - my 419 Folding Kalinga Pro had just arrived and we were off to an 'in-law's in-law's' Christmas party in a double-wide - in the boonies. I was shocked when I went to the larger bathroom - it was bigger than my bedroom - and it had a Jacuzzi! I was there to unload my pocketed S&W 296, an AirLite 5-shot .44 Special, which I had 'forgotten' to leave in the car. Served some nice ham slices - with fat - on my paper plate, I reached in my pocket for my 301 - oops, I had that monstrous 419. Talk about comments and stares... but I didn't have to eat fat! It didn't even cut the plate - great edge.

First impressions are often wrong... they were all a bunch of nice folks. I was the most educated - even if it was Auburn - and the only one packing a folding sword and hand cannon. Yep, the retired college teacher was the knife & gun nut. Another first, I had never heard 'Silent Night' on banjos!

They seem like they have alot less option on the custom buck 110's now.

No damascus either, what gives?

Probablly a way they can keep cost down. I am just stoked that they have a custom shop again Just my two cents no flame intended here;)

well the custom shop closed for a while .. no web site either..
when they come back on line seems they made an error on priceing and the guys here were not happy and on informing buck they thought the prices were to high and threatening to tar and feather a vice presdent of buck.. Buck then lowered the prices to a reasonable level and then offered the tar and feather linch mob an addational 15 % off
buck was over run and swamped with the amount of orders and run out of a lot of stock so they will have to reorder soon.. see steel poll.. so now you are up to date..
