Great googly moogly, Rob! Thanks for posting all of those fine custom knives. I'd have a hard time picking a favorite out of that group.

Two nice group shots from two great guys, Thanks for sharing. Rob, I still think you ought to send me that engraved bolster Ray Cover Canoe since you don't like fully engraved bolsters.:D

Really nice collection Rob!
You feel wealthy and lucky when you have a collection of specially made knives like those.
I'd rather be young again, but having these is a close second!:)

Great shot, Ford. You've got a future in the business along with Sunburst!

Ford,

That photo really pops. It's very sharp, and so are the knives.

I'm looking in the couches for the rest of my semi-custom steak knife set that I bought in New York City from some city slicker for pennies on the dollar.

Thanks for the kind words Elliott and Mike.

...and Mike, if you do find your steak knife set, remember to wipe off the dried ketchup before you photograph. :p :D

WOW!:D Thanks for making this thread a sticky - those are some really fantastic collections. Really gives a new guy something to dream about.

Gary,

Nice collection and nice to see them alongside one another for perspective.

Gary, that is a sweet looking bunch of custom slipjoints there. The stag on those Ohtas looks terrific.

Any chance of seeing a shot of that large Ohta and the Davison in open position?

First, HJs are all prototypes, except the Star shield Ruple, which is the second HJ he made.
