I’ve been waiting to drop a bomb in here, I think this will work. Bret Dowell maintains quite a special place in my collection and it’s nice to have a variety of patterns and blade steels. His response when I text these pics, “Dang, I didn’t know you had that many.”

12pm: 4” Trapper, green micarta, acid etched A2.
1pm: 4” Lanny Clip, walnut, A2.
2pm: 3.5” Barlow, rag micarta, ATS34 or CPM154, we can’t remember.
4pm: 4-1/8” Trapper, burlap micarta, CPM154.
5pm: 3-5/8” Trapper, stag, ATS34.
6pm: 4-1/4” Panama Trapper, walnut, acid etched A2.
7pm: 3.5” Lanny Clip, grey Terotuf, acid etched M4.
8pm: 3-3/4” Dogleg, burlap micarta, CTS-XHP.
10pm: 4-1/8” Trapper, black canvas micarta, CPM154.
11pm: 4” Sowbelly, jigged black paper micarta, CPM154.

Thanks bud, I’m glad to be able to show them like this and it was first time having them laid out together…then I wished I had the 2 fixed blades in the shot too . I just didn’t have time to dig them out after I thought of it.

Probably the Panama trapper. Awesome grinds and the second shield is a really cool detail.

It‘s a cool pattern and that size is great as a 2 blade knife, I approve of your choice lol.

I like the sowbelly a lot because I asked Bret to knock the spine of the clip down, shaped it more like a muskrat-clip blade. When closed it matches the spine of the skinner blade so it’s real smooth feeling to the hand and I think it just gives it a sleeker look overall. He hammered the pins too.

What size is your drop point backpocket, 4.5”? That’s one sexy knife, not only for the rag micarta but how well the blade fits the handle profile.
