Custom Variants of the Diskin Fire for Blade Show

Best EDC knife ever. Have had one for 11 months now as my EDC and can't speak highly enough of it. I just wish they would make a Lefty version for us south-paws. Would have to get a second if they ever do(hint, hint hehe)

I agree and sorry about not having a left hand version :)

Joe, you guys must have felt like you opened up a doughnut shop next to police headquarters this weekend. Congrats on a killer show!

Thanks Joe still sitting in airport (delayed flight) :(

But it's good to sit down

It's easy to be a good salesman when you have an outstanding product :)

I picked up this Custom Damascus Fire, It's quite nice and will be my new EDC, replacing a non-Damascus one.

I was really taken with the quality of this knife in person. Its extremely solid and the action is great! I have questioned smooth LSCF in the past but the texture on this handle works really well and feels awesome.

Those damascus nightmare blades are awesome!

I kept going to the booth Saturday morning but nobody was home each time. I left for the airport at 11:00 A.M.

I wanted to bring one of these home with me :)

It is a wonderful knife Kevin and thank you

The CKCA dinner was great and what a turn out

I hope you heard that Ryan and I signed Sam Lurquin up ...... Reach out to me when you have time buddy

Lorien honestly we sold all that we had but two

I sold one of them at the airport and if Morrow wants the one spoken about above its his

Matt will make more so if you want one I will make it work out

Matt is working on a new Flipper and its gonna rock everybody. We wanted to have it or Blade this year and the parts are ready but they are not built yet .

I will do a progress thread as he gets going but believe me when I say they are bad ass and I don't even like flippers :)

So the Fires are gonna be a little scarce for awhile , these are hand built folders.

Expect to see a lot of really great things out of Diskin Knives USA in the future

Like I mentioned earlier when you have great makers buying your knives you are doing something right

Ryan W and Burt Foster were two of the greats I am mentioning

Thanks guys

John it was great seeing you

And I am glad you made it this year

Thanks for the kind words

Here's another photo that's shows the "Fire" I got from Joe at BLADE A little better. One of my daughters, my son-in-law and first grand-daughter (Lili, 3 months old) are living with us while their new home is being built. As if that's not great enough, turns out my son-in-law is a pretty good knife photographer. He's a good photographer, but this was his first knife photo that took him about 6 seconds. Not Bad!

Well Kevin all I can say is that he's pretty good :) the knife looks great but that baby is BEAUTIFUL

You are a blessed man in many ways

Great seeing you as always my friend

Thank you for your support and congrats on the wedding :)

I quickly fell in love with these knives as well. It truly was love at first touch. Incredible design and workmanship. I also think the custom variants have a LOT of investment potential to collectors.

I just got back from vacation and back to the internet so I must bump this. I picked up one of these at Blade show and at first I was apprehensive to spend outside of my comfort zone on a folding knife but this knife was really worth it. I handled a lot of folding knives/tactical/whatever at the show and I feel this knife really was superior. It definitely served me well on my vacation.

This was on top of Sunset Rock in Highlands, North Carolina:
