Not sure what happened. Page showed up with a black scaled Spanto and underneath said sold out. I assumed they really sold out. Thought I was late to the game.
 
you will see a lot of them on that auction site next week, anyway's there is always next time!

Thats what sucks. It seems that only the resellers are getting them. A week from now they will all be on trader sites with 100% price increase.

Little known fact: Rick actually hired the same web development company that did the obamacare website to do his.

Hope we get it up soon, and hope I'm one of the lucky few.
 
I'm busy as a fart in a whirlwind.

But saw the Spanto pic. Noticed "sold out" clicked anyway and saw orange scales as an option too.
 
I thought I was in luck that I took my lunch break just at the right time but apparently still no luck lol. Now I gotta go back to work, so if I score anything it will just be out of pure luck. Good luck to everybody! If anyone scores a knife please post it up
 
I saw an xm18 that sold for under $400.00 which is even lower than the first responder prices I've seen, cudos to Rick and Rob for being so generous, thats truly amazing, and proof of their true spirit of wanting people to enjoy their knives at prices that are more than reasonable..... it's a testament to the value of their knives that web traffic to their site can crash a server, thats not easy to get that kind of demand even for major retailers..... haters can say what they want but I know who the regulars are here, and can only laugh at the futile attempts to rain on RHK's obvious success and generosity, THX Rick and Rob for doing right and know we (if I may be so bold) all understand!!!
 
I think that's enough with the price talk and bickering. They are they are trying to do something nice for us and some are showing very little respect in their forum. If you can't say anything nice........
 
Agreed. They are trying to make this a fun and nice thing for those people that have been loyal to their brand. We should all be appreciative of that effort! It doesn't happen frequently in the world we live in.
 
Have questions - Ask them. Do we need the constant play-by-play? No

Have negative comments or critcisms - Button it OR just go elsewhere and do it.

Read the Sticky(s) if "foggy" on anything or send me a PM. This is a serious business run by great people that feed their Families and pay their Mortgages NOT a source of amusement for some of you. Think it's easy then do something useful with your time and go give it a try in the meantime. Be Polite and if I have to explain what that is to anyone send me a PM.
For those who are supportive of Rick and Rob's efforts - Thank You and if I can be of any help in any way other than spanking trolls give a shout.

They produce amazing knives that are worthy of the demand. Appreciate their efforts and products.

I really think it is a shame how you treat your customers and your dealers. You have customers spending all night kissing your backside. It is time people wake up and stop begging for just the opportunity to buy one of your way over priced knives. Jim Howe has figured you guys out. So have a lot of other people. You product although good does not warrant people demeaning themselves and kissing your a---- just to pay grossly inflated prices to buy your out of date knives. I bought one of your knives from Howes and frankly my ZT 0801 and my Spyderco Southard are way better flippers. My ZT 0600 beats your product hands down. I guess it would be ok if you didn't treat your loyal fans so embarrassingly bad.
There is no excuse for keeping your fan club up all night just to hand them a website debacle. I for one have moved on and watching your aftermarket and dealer retail market begin to crumble I think this is the beginning of a well deserved trend. Thanks for the spectacle.

Yes, Thank you Rick and Rob, missed this time, but will win next time, we all wants a XM18 because it's one of the great toll-knife ever bougth, and it's so normal that we will be a little disapointed.....

So, continue to build our lovely knives, and continue to permit at some of us to save money sometime..... It's just a lucky time...
