heres some trout links for ya Blake. We stayed at

http://www.cedarvalleylodge.com/
It was $40 per night/per person

We've also stayed at
http://www.andymountaincabins.com/index.html
these are a lot cheaper, but just as nice. they are smaller, but easily sleep 5. They don't have the pool table and hot tub in the cabin like cedar valley lodge, but who really cares.....
we primarily fish in Allamakee Co.

Oh mangs,,, now you guys made me want a Glock  :D

BTW, there's of course a huge difference between Belgium and the USA in regards to firing ranges and gun laws,,, plain shooters like myself aren't even allowed to move with their gun,,, just stand on the firing line, raise hand, shoot, lower weapon (repeat 'till empty chamber),,, we're only allowed to load 5 (!) rounds in a mag at once,,, we're not even allowed to shoot at silhoutes, only plain targets which don't even remotely resemble a person,,, etc etc,,, (you can ask for a carry permit to do ISPC shooting, but they don't do that at my club and I think the nearest place they do is not nearby and very few around)

(Luckily, things are different of course when I go shooting for work  )

Chance that I'll even really need to use a handgun will probably be greater at work, still very, very slim though,,, and there we carry a G19 any way ;)

It's an entirely very different culture then yours,,, more of an anti-gun culture overhere,,, I envy you peeps,,, :o

LOL,,, yeah, but you'll have to take Missus Gimp and the 2 Little Gimps in aswell,,, deal ? :D

Yups,,,, and it don't seem like they're going to get any better soon,,, I'm pretty sure that in the next decade or so guns will be prohibited for civilians entirely overhere,,, mine will go missing then ;) :D

Boating accident.....;)

a friend of mine has a glock, not sure which model,,, in a .40 cal
he bought it used and a nd shot the shit out of it for over 2 years without ever cleaning it. it never failed once. when he did 'clean' it, (no disassembly, sprayed it down with WD40 and wiped it off) it still functioned with no problems. not bad for a $400 gun.

I still love my Sig Saur pistols. got a 229 and a 225 and I have yet to experience a failure with either one. never fired 1000 rounds in 2 days with em, but I've had some days where I went through 300+ rounds in a few of hours. no problems.

Sigs are priced a little higher than glocks, but not by much, until you get into the custom shop models. no manual safety on Sigs either!

I would recommend a sig or a glock to anyone looking to buy a handgun. but I prefer the sig

I have seen to many Glock fail. Two have blown apart (with FMJ's) recoil spring guides break, frames crack and today one had frame rail come off.
Not my first choice, unfortunately have to carry one.
