Damascus fighter WIP Professional pictures added!

Phillip Great as always, I love that Guard Jig! Thank you for the WIP, this answered a lot of questions for me.

Stunning, love the color and texture of the handle, and with that great blade, it all just works together. Good job.

Amazing knife! This has to be the most informative board in the internet. Where else do you get to see these WIP's threads from some of the best?

Thank you,

Hi guys,
Before this thread dies completely, I wanted to add the pro shots I just had done of this knife:

Thanks Phillip, that actually answers a lot of questions. That is one Beautiful Knife.

Thanks for taking the time to show us the process.
The close-up of the blade and handle is amazing. The texture of the damascus almost seems to continue down into the grain of the handle. Just beautiful.

A bunch of us were talking about what it takes to make a knife. The blood, sweat and tears you pour into these blades doesn't get nearly enough attention.
I wish threads like this were posted more often in places that get a lot more traffic. There are a lot of people that have no idea how much work you guys put into these masterpieces.

Thanks for taking the time to comment on this thread. Had you not done so and brought it to the top, I would have never seen it. Hooray for NecroPosting!!! :D

Thank you for saying that. I rarely if ever do it but some things need to be said and threads like this one need to stay alive.

I sure enjoyed reading it again. Phillip really does some nice work. Wish he'd post some more WIPs around here.
