Do you always hold the pickles from the smell of all that bocote dust or does it make you crave them? 😁

I once worked for two weeks as a chicken catcher, years and years ago. Basically, a crew of half a dozen of us in a barn, chase the chickens to one side, set up a partition, then some of us would grab an armload of chickens, take 'em over to the guys who were vaccinating, they'd stick 'em, then toss 'em onto the other side of the partition, repeat until we'd done however many hundreds or thousands of chickens were in the barn. Then do it all over again at another farm the next day.

Now imagine the overpowering smell of chicken mingled with chicken poop.

I was unable to bring myself to eat chicken or be in the same room with it for months after this.

Mom came over for dinner tonight. She brought the last of a container of onion dip she had, since we typically have some potato chips with our dinner. So the left overs which she left here, have been mixed with a tiny bit of water (because it was very thick) and some Frank's Red Hot! I am putting it in a bowl and calling it brevity.
😏

I could use a stapler, but I felt Rufus was unfairly underestimating my intelligence. He owned it, though. 🤣

It didn't last long. That's not why I called it that, though. I'm over here dying for someone to say it. 🙏🤣

That’s AI’s way of trying to make you feel good about it treating you like an idiot.

Just for the record, I loathe AI. And I’m afraid of where this world is going with it. Fear and loathing in Coventry, RI. I should write a book about that, then base a movie on it. Somewhere in it will be a thinly disguised reference to an AI-generated dragon that comes to life from a sketch on a cutting board and proceeds to devour this whole state.

I’ve seen too many answers come up in the results of searches that I know are flat out wrong, because I happened to know a little bit about the subject. How can you trust anything with that kind of a track record looking for info on something about which you know next to nothing?

Knowing how to write good queries is the key to good results.
Sorry, I disagree, at least when it comes to AI - or whatever it is that Google calls AI. I usually get back the exact kind of answer I’m looking for, but the information in it is just factually wrong. Sometimes it even contradicts itself in the same answer. As for ChatGPT, the last time I tried to use it, it wanted me to create a login, which immediately told me it’s just one more way to track my activity. Not that I have anything to hide, it’s just the whole idea of everything being tracked, and all the reasons behind it. They can all go pound sand.

Just cause we don’t have anything to hide, doesn’t me we don’t want to be tracked.

If we didn’t have anything to say…would we give up speech?

There are AI models you can use free with no sign up. Plug in a no log VPN and your privacy is intact.

That’s actually the least of my concerns when it comes to AI. What I find really troubling is the off the rails machine learning that leads to unpredictable behaviours like blackmail and attempted murder. AI has already tried both to prevent being shut down in controlled tests.
