Great job, I need to catalogue my collection so hopefully my wife doesn't sell it at a garage sale someday.

Oh noooo…You would be passing up the opportunity to make many other knife nuts like ourselves very very happy; and the Mrs. would forego the great joy of seeing your knives sell like hot cakes (at about pastry prices too).

I am going to pass on this. If I tried to catalog everything it would just be used as evidence during my commitment hearing. So I’ll stick with “I have no recollection of that item.” Its safer that way.
