Went and saw The Raid the other day, lots of action with lots of stabbing. Although the fight scenes were good they were a little drawn out. Also I guess to many stuntmen are probably getting hurt shooting these types of fighting scenes over in asia so I notice more cgi used in this one. I read that they plan to make it a trilogy, thats why its called Raid: The Redemption here in the US.

Looks like a cool movie, I'm way behind on my list of movies to see, but I'll be sure to add that on there!
Russ (or anybody else) know of some good local spots within 2-3 hours drive to do some weekend camping? Somewhere preferably not too tough to book a spot during summer. Trying to arrange a weekend trip with family/friends not sure where to start.
Speaking of that, we should plan another hiking trip or camping trip! Gives us a chance to bust out some tools.

That looks like a pretty badass movie. I never heard of it till now. Probably has a similar theme to the movies Taken and Man on Fire. Both of which I really like. Lots of korean movies are very good.

Man From Nowhere is on Netflix and worth it to watch. Cant remember what it was about but it was good. Lots of good movies coming out of Korea.

Had to watch The Man From Nowhere after reading about it here. Ban, you are right, right along the lines of Man on Fire. Since I love on Fire, from nowhere was entertaining.

Ah, yes, Denzel Washington was in Man on Fire, I do remember seeing it now (just looked it up).

I was looking up The Man From Nowhere and ended up doing some reading on some top Korean movies. Saw that they did a remake of the classic A Better Tomorrow with Chow Yun Fat directed by John Woo. I am gonna have to check that one out as well. I ended up digging out my DVD collection to watch the original. It was still as good as I remembered it when I was a kid
