Nice pics Russ! I miss big sur, the gorge was definitely my highlight there, swimming to the boulders and hiking that side is fun too.

I'm in Maui right now and will post some pics when I get back. Woke up at 245am this mornining to drive up Haleakala to see the sunrise, such a beautiful sight especially since the summit is higher than the clouds.

Also brought my BT mini Bowie, lagriffe pikal, and 1st gen pikal along for the trip. Been carrying the lagriffe the majority of the time.

You're reppin the BanTang quite well! :D. You're ballsy too, I'd be worried my good knives would get stolen if I had them in my check-in luggage.
 
Haha yeah I was worried too, I originally only packed a mora and folder. Put the BT goodies into my luggage, took it back out, put it back in, etc. finally decided to take them with me. My gf packed a lot of stuff so I just packed it deep into the luggage.

I'll be back tmrw but we should plan a hike or get together soon. I did a small hike in san jose of a section of quicksilver mines and it's alright there. Gotta come back and explore more.

Haywire on Netflix, action flic with MMA star Gina Carano. With all the big name stars in it I expected it to be better but being her first big movie I dont think she was that bad. Shes pretty hot too.
