Death Chat!!

Thinned out some knives I never touch anymore for some more practical stuff. I see new BT goodies in the near future!

yo guys.. whats happening.. its been awhile.. i should be down for tomorrow night, if its still going on.. my older son has a wrestling meet at 5 and i was planning on leaving right after that..

Russ- great pics of Coe. man.. i have spent A LOT of time there over the years.. i was actually a vol. park ranger there sophmore through senior year..

I contacted swissbianco and decided to with the 84mm lumberjack instead of the micro farmer. The lumberjack has all the tools to do the same jobs as the micro farmer while being thinner and lighter. The combo bottle/can opener/wire stripper/flat head for the most part does the job of the bottle opener/flat head/wire stripper and can opener/small flat head.

I am much more likely to carry something this thin and light vs the bigger 93mm farmer which is a awesome all around knife.

Ban- my apologies for not getting back to you on this man.. i actually just got your message 2 days ago. my phnoe sucks like that.. glad you got it all squared away.. my buddy Bill who made mine, isn't making any anymore..

Thursday next week is cool with me too...what time are you thinking? I have rounds in Santa Cruz until 730, but am happy to drive over the hill after I finish up school stuff.

Awesome pics, btw!

Hookah- i am also in the Santa Cruz mtns. i will probably be leaving to San Jose around 7ish.. drop me a line if you want to car pool.. allscared@yahoo.com

Well since everyone can still make it tonight..... I will get my sick sorry ass out there! I am actually feeling a great deal better today. I have only eaten one single bowl of pho since Saturday night. Will probably start to eat a bit today to slowly get my system back to normal.

haha.... nah its cool. I need to get out and about anyway. I am tired of laying in bed. I might even try to do some grinding today.

Good seeing everyone and new faces again last night!

I'm on a mission for a new folder now! Thinking the BM 940 or one of the new ZT blades with the bearing pivot, but the ZT seems to be large folders and I want something more along the lines of the 940 in terms of size.

Was great meeting you all...great group of people, and I look forward to the next one :-)

Thanks for opening your doors to us Ban!

MrPink- I was a BM guy before i got onto my recent fixed blade kick and I've gone through 3 different 940s. They're great litltle blades, just keep in mind that they're not going to be Hinderer or ZT tough when it comes to prying or general bashing...my favorite was my 940 in D2/carbon fiber, I'd recommend that iteration if you can find one.

If you're lookin for a hard use folder I'd definitely go for the ZT tho...

it was cool seeing everyone again last night.. its been a minute.. its always good for some laughs..:D looking forward to the next one.. i am down for another BBQ here at my pad anytime.. we will just have to look into a day that is for eveveryone..

nice meeting you Habib and Ron..

Cool! Thanks! Looks easy enough to make yourself. Girls with guns are hot ;)

yeah, i've always liked that super low profile trigger guard, talked to ban about making it a while back too. in that video, the Vanguard 2 model looks pretty good with belt loop.

I personally like the old school version with the static cord. Might have to bring in my Glocks to the shop ;)
