Received mine this past weekend. Awesome clip, a breeze to install thanks to the included tool. Top notch product, and top notch service from Casey. This clip really makes my Para 2 feel complete. I will recommend these to everyone I know, and also purchase more for any other upcoming knives. Thanks again Casey!

For everyone waiting for a black clip, the powdercoater told me today that they were in the oven being finished, and I should have them in my mailbox on Thursday. I'll get them out asap as soon as I have them. Thanks again for everyone's patience, and my apologies for the delay.

Hi,

I came across this forum and thread (new member now, Lol) after doing a google search for a new deep pocket clip for a few of my Spydercos. All I can say is "WOW!", your clips look to be very well designed and have great ascetics too! I just put in my PayPal order for four of them (specified models made in "Notes"). I'll be looking extremely forward to whenever you can get you next batch completed... But no rush, I've survived 21 years as a diehard Spyderco fan so far, so what's a little longer? ;^) Lol

So, I missed the previous batch of short black powdercoated clips for the PM2, got in on this batch early, paid for two on 8/16/14 after PM's with Casey (knowing that they were not back from the powdercoater yet). Waited patiently, read that they were mailed out on 9/18/14 and have been eagerly awaiting there arrival. Yesterday (9/29/14, eleven days after they were supposedly mailed), I received a PayPal refund from Casey for the clips, saying he had miscounted the number of short clips he needed, that he was sending me two black long clips for free and would make it up to me on the next batch...

Obviously, accidents DO happen, and Casey could hardly do much MORE to make it up to me than what I have mentioned (and I probably can find some use for the long clips), but I still find it quite disappointing that I won't be receiving the clips I ordered after waiting a month and a half after payment. Also, it is unclear to me why I didn't learn of this until 9/29/14, and I have to wonder how these short clips were distributed... having paid on 8/16/14, was I really one of the lowest on the list for the short clips that did come in? Just a bit bummed out right now, to be honest... :confused:
 
Hi Casey, do you have any version of Delica clips for sale now or are you wiped out of everything at the moment?
 
Hey rsng - yeah, I totally goofed that up. I thought I had covered everyone and shipped all orders out, and a day ago I was going through my shipping notes to double check when I saw I had missed you. Basically your order ticket was stuck behind another one and I overlooked it until yesterday. At that point, the short black clips were gone. So I actually goofed up twice - miscounting the number of black clips I needed, and losing your ticket in my paperwork. No excuses, I just goobered it. Man, I am really sorry about that - you had pre-ordered and I didn't take care of you. That is crappy; I feel awful about it. You should receive the substitute clips in the next few days, and I'll get you some shorties asap.

Hey Matt - I just got the blanks back from the water jet cutter today, so I'll be tumbling and forming over the next couple weeks. I'll let you know when they're ready to go.
