Deja Vu all over Again!!

I would just like to take a wee minute and Thank you two guys!

Charlie you have had so much to do with helping out SO MANY people both publicly also privately- to take a page from your book would be an amazing thing to do in becoming a better person.
So Charlie once again I find myself thanking you so very much - your lead in making this knife become actually real - of course with Rhidian - is just amazing, looking at the photos it’s hard to take in that they exist again!

Rhidian- Charlie has talked you up not only in the Bladeforums but as well when we have been talking - I can see why , not only now but through Charlie and others showing proudly your magnificent work.
Thank you for taking this project on with such intent to match that old example - not only did you succeed- but you excelled!

Rhidian Sir your skills are amazing and it’s been extremely inspiring to see these knives come together through your W.I.P photos 😊👍

You are very welcome Duncan! This was a fantastic project for it's uniqueness, learning new techniques and bringing back an old pattern! Finding out the original intended use along the way was icing on the cake!
Always a pleasure to make knives for Charlie as well! Thanks Charlie!!

Charlie those are incredible!! 😲 Damn what an attractive shape to that blade along with the amazing old school construction. Hard to tell that those knives aren't minty hundred year old antiques. He did an amazing job on both the knives AND the boxes :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

For some reason I’ve neglected this thread since back when I was suggesting an etch having to do with sheep “buttons,” but on the plus side, I just got to follow the whole process basically from start to finish without any of the suspenseful waiting! 😁

Rhidian Rhidian absolutely fantastic job on those knives! Just amazing! 😎 And that label… 🤣
