You got fucked out of nothing, your a SCAM....I have received nothing. I have not 3rd party accounts, money order or nothing. F you. BEWARE of this guy. That’s enough. I got fucked out of $320. I paid an extra $20. Stupid me. But I’m not scamming anybody.
Ya it shows in your profile.....F'n liar.I am a paying member.
If you had read my post, my payment was for Money order or personal check only. I do not do venmo, or Paypal etc.. because of this crap. I just sent him my address today to send money order. He said he had no checking account and would send a bank money order. He is a scammer, I was not born yesterday. I worked for the military for 15 years, this guy is a scammer. I have nothing else to say other than check my feedback and look at his.Hiker45acp I think you are jumping the gun.
SEVERAL people have been scammed here recently by third parties pretending to be the seller and contacting the buyer via email for payment. The scammers are scouring the forum for email addresses posted publicly and then using that info to get between the Legit Buyer and Legit Seller.
Here's an example:
Scammer
WOW.. eusebiolyle@gmail.com Almost got me. I responded to a FS ad and PM'd with an offer and received a email response instead Problem I never sent my email. So I PM'd the seller to respond and It was not him. Here are screen shots from the scammers email. He even used the sellers screen namewww.bladeforums.com
Now I don't know either of you and I understand this is a crappy situation but consider the possibility WildAustin got scammed.
If you ever listed your personal email address in any BF post or message you've sent to anyone your message wasn't private as a basic member and a scammer probably followed this post and searched to see if he could find any of your personal information and then preyed on you. You aren't the only - I got screwed out of $400+ and several others have lost $1000+. Don't ever sent payment with Friends and Family unless you actually know who you are sending money to. Contact Zelle immediately and file a dispute that you were a victim of fraud and report the filler that scammed you. If they do not do reverse the charge - contact your bank. That’s enough. I got fucked out of $320. I paid an extra $20. Stupid me. But I’m not scamming anybody.
Well, how do you fix that?? Whom ever is doing this is crewing both of us.If you ever listed your personal email address in any BF post or message you've sent to anyone your message wasn't private as a basic member and a scammer probably followed this post and searched to see if he could find any of your personal information and then preyed on you. Hiker45acp - WildAustin probably isn't a scammer. He was most likely scammed by an imposter following your post and he hijacked it emailing WildAustin directly claiming to be you.
Seems we are both being scammed. I have no account for 3rd party, I will not receive your payment. But the scammer will. I am done. This forum sucks if scammers are screwing people left and right.Thank you. I surely did get scammed. I really wanted the knife, too. Sorry to piss you off so badly Hikeracp45. I’m happy to share the fraudulent email I got with your name in the email address.
What the fuck is going on? How can they manipulate what I post in messages. WildAustin, could it be because you are a non paying member. It does not show in your profile that you are a paying member. The messages I got from you said you did not have a checkbook, that raised a red flag to me which is why I asked for your e-mail address. This sucks. Period.DennisM. You are correct. I’m sorry to cause a fuss. And I didn’t say I don’t have a checking account. I don’t have a checkbook. Hikers p45. I never saw your address.
I am a newbie here. I have made several transactions already, totaling at least $2500, with honest peeps making PPFF payments. I got fucked once and now I am antsy. I learned my lesson though and am now not so naive. Pretty messed up that a handful of assholes messed up a good thing.Seems we are both being scammed. I have no account for 3rd party, I will not receive your payment. But the scammer will. I am done. This forum sucks if scammers are screwing people left and right.
Thank you. Good advice.Basically what it comes down to is the scammer see the agreement to buy and have the potential buyers email and then send that person a email saying they are the seller and to send payment. A good start would be to notify a Moderator.
wildAustin, whom ever is hacking this is screwing us both, but you the money. I will not post anything on there again. This site is too fucked up. I have sold things here in the past without issue, but after this, I will go with e-bay and pay the fees.Man. I don’t know how to fix. I already contacted the bank.
