WTF is wrong with you two? First of all, it is fairly clear that the buyer fell prey to a scam that has been going around of late...but since neither of you seem to read the announcements and banners around here all you've accomplished is making yourselves and this site look foolish.
A cursory look at the notices at the top of the Exchange and the Feedback and Tech support threads would explain everything.
