I think you meant that's on the seller.
While it seems unlikely due to the elapsed time, I hope this works out for you

That sucks big time. I always send with a signature confirmation so I know who actually received the package vs being left on a porch. Hopefully this will turn up. Maybe post a sign with what happened a neighbor will actually come forward...just a thought

This thread will prompt me to almost always use signature confirmation, in the future. There are just too many issues, to send a knife without it.
I have had buyers complain about it though, since they work all day, and cannot get to the post office to sign. Signature confirmation is safer, but can and will delay the actual delivery of a package.

I too think I will be using it more on my sales. Just too easy for delivers to make a mistake especially in metropolitan areas. On deliveries to me it probably isn't as important-living in a rural area with friendly deliverer and neighbors and small PO. Mistakes still happen but seem to get worked out, but there still is always the chance.
