Digging Up Buried Knives

kiahs.....not trying to drag anyone down or be disrespectful. Like others I just wanted to see how the different treatments affected different knives.

Did I miss the pic's?
I've checked this tread fairly often, but it occurred to me they might have been posted in another tread ? But I can't seem to find it, if it has

That's what's been won so far.

That opinel knive is quite interesting, anywhere to get one these days?

Quite a few places. They're really great cheap knives too. thin, well ground blades, VERY sharp. Sheeple friendly Everybody needs one. Think im going to get a boker subclaw for one handedness, and carry an opinel for public non-essential use. Not sure where you live, but Lee Valley hardware, Mountain equipment co-op, and House of Knives all sell them. I'm sure there are some online places as well. Look around, you'll find one. Make sure to get the high carbon one.

A lot of upscale kitchen stores sell them as picnic knives. You might try there. If you order online you might as well buy several at once. It makes the shipping worth it, and you'll be able to hide them all over the house like it's Easter all over again. :D

Yes it does! Can't wait for it to get here. :D

Thanks again, J.
