Ding and paid, post your Flack Jack pictures when you get 'em

I got some great news yesterday and with that I need to thank someone out there for backing off one of their Snowholes! I had some chats with a couple people but it's hard to know how it happened so I'll just say thanks, It's really appreciated and you put some sunshine in a place that really needs some right now, a lot more than you know. ;):thumbsup:

Was charged on the 27th of march, but still no shipping info.. from what I was told from the office, they've all had the flu and the shipping Dept has been out. Called last Friday and Monday, and nobody answered. Me thinks they need to take airborne and vitamins up there :)

Out of curiosity, I looked at the micarta pictured in Bossman's original snow hole post and I'm comparing it to the pictures we've seen come in from the folks receiving them.

Is it just me, or does the micarta people are receiving on their snow holes look very different from this picture? It doesn't look like that olive green is really there in actual user pictures. I'm seeing more of a grey and white. Maybe it is olive and my eyes are just getting old on me...

Your eyes are doing just fine. Mine is a black/grey and white. In certain lighting, the black/grey can appear slightly greenish, but it’s not. And that slight greenish hue it sometimes has looks nothing like that picture. Zero complaints. It feels amazing. This blade is so epic, it could be any color.

I put the pics side by side and it looks to be all lighting and angle. Changes in those 2 things make incredible differences, we certainly learned that from the SK. It looks really cool and can't wait until I'm holding mine :D:thumbsup:
