The JackManDu is incredible, contoured slabs feel great, blade height is awesome. It's gonna be a great all around blade.

Mine should be delivered to our freight forwarder today, and will immediately be combined into a box with the Rodent Solution and Custom Shop Rodent 6 that are waiting for it, then they will wing their way down under together. Next week's going to be a good week.

This blade works great. I was able to pound it through some nice hardwood and make a bunch of kindling. Went through some nuclear tough hardwood knots with ease too. I'm impressed.

Just got my JMD and Mini Vex.

JMD is sweeeet. Ergos are fantastic. Love the contoured handles and the blade shape. Choil feels more functional. And the balance feels ideal. A perfect blade that should be a store offering. It's like the Boss Jack of the Swamp.

Really like the Mini Vex too. Could be a great EDC. Extremly useful choil, rounded butt, and thin profile make it compact for all the blade you get, and you can use every piece of the blade.

These both came proper sharp too.

The JMD has been getting plenty of work.

Today's main event was stripping an old ottoman/toy box down to bare lumber. We cleared out the finished part of our basement and got rid of some stuff. Putting down new carpet tomorrow. May have a couch to break down soon as well

Jack was a champ. Cutting, prying, pulling up LOADS of staples. Also batoned a bunch of wood for our fireplace this morning. Every time I use this one I like it more. :thumbup::thumbup:
