Disappointed by Knifecenter

Sorry to hearabout yourexperience. I've always had smooth transactions with them. If you decide in the future to give them another try, I would advise calling them rather than e-mailing. E-mail can be useful, but sometimes is not "up to the minute". Hope everything works out well.
