Update on the Knife. So far all the Costumer service reps have been nothing but nice Here's what sucks I cant get my knife back because they no longer have parts for it which for me sounds odd. They have offered me a replacement option
or a credit just want my knife fixed hate buying a Knife from a picture like to touch and feel before I make a Knife purchase Now what do I do . This is the Knife they offered as a replacement
