Only have 2 15's - one being mod'ed and one in reserve but probably will get another. Still prefer it over the 16.

I have a 9 so don't really need a 4 but might get one since the Kukri's been delayed.

I would be willing to bet though that just cause it's being discontinued doesn't mean they are going away anytime soon. I would imagine stock would run out first on the 4, then the 15 but not the too soon.

That Ka-Bar is discontinuing the BK5, BK15, and BK4 doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me. The recently started producing the BK4 and because another curved chopper (Kukri) is about to be released, the BK4 is out of the Becker line already??? Cant they coexist till the best selling beast clearly wins that race….like other big kabar chopper do!?!?

And how about the BK5. In the 2015 Ka-bar catalogue the knife has its own centerfold (page 2 or 3).

Maybe the BK15, It’s might be discontinued because its overshadowed by the success of its lil brothers (BK16-17). But thats just my personal speculation.
