To continue, according to UPS tracking, my Spyderco Wegner was received by Discount on the 23rd of this month. Taking into account that we've just had a holiday, I can understand not hearing or receiving anything, but it would go a long way with me all the same. We're at 2 weeks now, and counting. Evening, all, and allow me to wrap up this thread, once and forever. Today in my mail, shipped USPS Priority was my new replacement Wegner Spyderco. That's just a little over 2 weeks, which included a Holiday, from when I dropped my return in the mail, shipped ground/insured. I should also mention that I did not in fact call for authorization, but simply slipped a note into the same package, stating my concerns. Brian is tops in my book, and I have no hesitation in recommending him and his company to anyone. I'm a Discount Knives customer, and will be for a long time. Best to all,
