Where else am I going to be able to get my daily dose of McCain/Palin ball washing? Or pages and pages of biased right wing bible thumpers bashing the Liberal Hate Machine??

Thanks a lot guys! :(

You're welcome.

Your post is a fair illustration of the partisan hype that contributed so much to the problem. Perhaps now we'll have a better chance of discussing policy rather than posting talking points.

For just a few dollars.... it can all be yours!

Darn. I can't say it's a bad judgement considering the goal (i.e. Spark having less of a pain in his rump) but as has previously been noted I've discovered that a lot of our liberal brethren (but not all) tend to be very generous when it comes to taking other people's money and redistributing it (just to make things fair of course) but somewhat lax when it comes time to make their own paying contribution. I expect that we will have quite a bit less of a liberal prescence over there now and that's really too bad since a political forum where everyone agrees is going to be a rather boring place. I guess maybe if the obama manages to get himself elected perhaps he will promise them to confiscate money from the evil RICH and give it to them so that they can actually purchase paying memberships. :( I think in the end thanks to all this brouhaha all those that frequent political are the losers. :(

Please save your political diatribe and anti-Obama talking points for the Political Forum. Thanks

Yeah the bit about the obama contributing for memberships was a bit over the top I guess, we all know that won't happen, the other part about not ponying up... well time will tell I suppose.

That's a catch 22. If they pony up now, then we know they're only interested in politics and if they don't, then they aren't interested in supporting the site :D

No, it's not. We have Platinum members who spend most of their time on the Busse forum. No one worries which part of Bladeforums appeals most to any given member. We do appreciate a few dollars support, but most of the site is still available to all knife knuts, which is what Bladeforums is primarily about.

I think we already know that from the history. :D.
