Yes 20cv is safe at the Temps I use. I'm doing a strider sng currently. Next batch isn't until jan-feb though. Here's one I did in the past

It should be ... I haven't done a Strider before but tempering on 20cv/m390/204p should be high enough that the DLC wouldn't impact it. Never hurts to reach out to Strider to confirm. I've done so with other makers on that exact question and they are usually responsive.

I would try it. There is a donut shop near us that puts anything on a donut. Meat, cereal, candy, probably crickets. I'm just simple but I do like maple stuff. My parents are from Western NY and they would go up every year and make maple syrup. My grandma would make lots of maple stuff from pastries to candies. Good stuff.

Go for it - you won’t regret it.
Suggest you wait for Josh to do it - not all DLC is same process / quality.

Question. Strider with S30V. Is S30V ok for your DLC process? and also how about doing Ti double gunner grips? will that work also? The knife pictured above. The ebtire knife in DLC coating...Thoughts?

yeah it should be good with the s30v... and yeah the gunner grips would look sweet - I know I've done some before but can't find the pics lol, sorry. Yep we could totally black it out and it would look super cool/unique!
