DLT Commence the guessing

Wow. Cool that Taichung re-tooled for this.

Jordan, sorry to be nit-picky, I assume you mean CPM Cru-Wear, correct ?

Yeah, don't worry it's the good stuff.

I sure hope they fix the lock up issues from the first run

Now I’m interested, care to elaborate for those of us that aren’t aware of the previous gen’s lockup issue? —thanks.

The early previous Gen had lockstick issues, but they fixed them fairly quickly. None of the examples from our exclusive run I have handled have any lockstick or lockup issues.

Edit: to clarify, they added a steel lock insert to fix the issues, our run has the insert as well.

Maybe DLT Trading can bring back one of my favorite Spyderco of all time, Lum Chinese folder with the new Magnacut steel and G10 or Micarta scales!!!

The dlc and green and muted titanium looks nice.

These are going to sell like crazy on the second market, not only because it's an exclusive of a discontinued model, but also because just like with the original people will buy it and hate how hard it is to unlock so that it isn't fidgety (living up to it's name and actual purpose) and sell it off.

Judging by the wear on that pocket clip, I'd say someone has been carrying theirs already ;)

That is just some finger prints on the clip that caught the light just right, I wiped the blade down but not the clip, my bad!

For all you Hinderer fans: the Tuff is almost exactly the size of the Fulltrack, in fact the OAL is a mm or two longer. And the Tuff pivot is a 1/4", just like in the Hinderer.

I just purchased one of the originals in 3V, (thank you ferider ferider ), which can be seen here on the forum, if anyone is interested:

It's definitely a niche knife, but for anyone who appreciates a big, tough, "ready for most anything" kind of knife for a variety of tasks, I'd say that it is clearly worth your consideration. This brute looks like it can take it and I'm glad to have it as part of my arsenal.

I think the price is steep.

I'm in though because it's a different kind of knife altogether. Which is attractive to see something unique. DLT has always done me right.

I am hoping to score when it drops.
If I don't the 2nd hand market will not get my business.
