While recovering I’ve had either my Humphrey Bowie or Rat Cutlery RC6 within arm’s reach.

Just keep it buried in the corpses of your enemies when you’re not using it. It seems like a lot of folks around here just make a corpse and never use it for anything. The knives I carry around the house are the same ones I carry outside.
If I have a fixed blade I don't undo my belt and check it in at the door like some kind of lending library. And vice versa.
That's a rookie move for sure.Just keep it buried in the corpses of your enemies when you’re not using it. It seems like a lot of folks around here just make a corpse and never use it for anything.
I love these clips and have picked up 3 or 4 so far. Convenient and they work with all types of material, even sweat pants. The gadget that converted me to carrying a fixed blade everywhere, every day was the excellent Mummert clip. It works well for pocket or belt carry.

Looks interesting. First time I saw this. Looks way less bulky than a Tek Lok.The gadget that converted me to carrying a fixed blade everywhere, every day was the excellent Mummert clip. It works well for pocket or belt carry.

Sound logic right there. The further away from home, the more you want your gear to not break at the worst possible time.I will use a few Bark Rivers and Hultafors's to process fish and poultry in the yard, otherwise I carry folders.
But the further away from home I am, the tougher the gear I carry. That is when I will have full tang fixed blades in a tough steel on me, and when "one is none".
Could we see More....?The gadget that converted me to carrying a fixed blade everywhere, every day was the excellent Mummert clip. It works well for pocket or belt carry.

Do you keep the firearm on you when you watch a movie or play xbox?
No, but I'll have my G21 on me and pocket knives.
Good gun, not a small gun, but a wonderful shooting piece. One of mine has 101,500 rounds through it. Sadly, it just sits on a shelf now. I have another one, but that first one is special to me.
