Do you have a lanyard on your EDC? Poll

I put a small orange on on my manix 2 and tucked it in between the lanyards, and a blue one on my para2. I don't really have any reason why I do it, mostly just to add colour.
 
Some knives I do, some I don't.. no rhyme or reason..

Yes....KISS....I like them short and small....just so it don't get out of 'hand'...
 
I despise lanyards! Well not really I just really don't like them on my knives, they get in the way. There are some really cool looking ones out there though.

Almost Every Single Knife I Own Has A Lanyard.
I Just Tied One Onto My ZT 0301 Last Night Actually.
And Today I'm Getting New Paracord In, So My Chokwe Is Going To Have A Rainbow Lanyard.

I Love Lanyards On My Knives.
So Nearly All Of My Things Have Lanyards:
Folding Knives
SAK's
Multi-Tools
Flashlights
Keys
And I'm Going To Tie One Onto My Phone Later Today.
 
In my opinion a "lanyard" is a device meant to go around your wrist, or neck, allowing you to drop a device...knife, etc...from your hands while maintaining contact with it. As that goes I have no lanyards on my knives but I do have "fobs" on some of them...for no reason other than cool looking, I made them and as NightMare said, easier to grab my knife without having to dig in my pocket.

Love the laynard! I have one of every edc I have. The only exception is my slipjoint edc's, except for my RR Camp Knife pattern, which has a bail that I put a small laynard on.

I did just get a BM810 Contego that doesn't have a laynard hole, but that is the only thing wrong with it.

On tip up carry, a laynard is handy to help pull the knife from my pocket, especially since I have deep-carry clips on every edc I have.
 
I can only tolerate lanyards on smaller knives such as my SS Cricket. I have used them in the past, but have found them to get in the way when I put them on my larger knives. I thought putting one on my 0560 would be convenient because of the tip up carry but it was getting in the way as well, so off it came.
 
I've got a few lanyards on my folders. I've really gotten into carrying a small fixed blade lately. I find on a tight fitting kydex sheath, having a lanyard helps pull the blade free.
 
Two I EDC with lanyards are the Masserin Spirit in SS Stamascus and my Pat Crawford One Hand Frame Lock.
