I must of missed this thread when I was in Mexico.

Nick, there are a lot of people weird people who surf the net. You happened to have a run in with one, that's all. Who cares what some stranger thinks, especially when everyone else in the Knifemakers forum thinks you're a swell guy.

Plus, your from the egg capital of the world, so you couldn't be a jerk. It's just not possible.

Thanks for all your input over the last few years. I've appreciated all of it.

Your Lady is a pretty one and I suppose most ladies would consider you good looking to them.

I started laughing at first thinking this was a joke but I guess your serious. I clicked on the Who is Nick of the pole out of fun!
The internet is a difficult medium to work/discuse topics on! You can't tell if someone is mad, or joking on the internet and people forget this!

Either way, I've never had any issues with anybody here! So no, I've never had any problems or been agrivated by one of your posts.

Plus you never know what wacko might be on the other end of the forum/computor!

Guys, Naomi and I decided to part ways last summer. There had been some question in another thread about whether she was real or something I made up...LMAO. I posted the pic of us since it was mentioned I never got that pic of her in the shop.

John, why didn't I think of that??? Puppies cure everything! :D

The puppy is Lucy, and she is a pure-bred Australian shepherd. She was always the real star of the show... She was between 25-30 lb. in these pics. She's about 55 now, but I don't get visitation ;) She's wet in the first two pics because we had taken her to the lake. :)

If a guy could somehow NOT fall in love with that little dog, I don't know how. She was one of the smartest dogs with the best temperament I've ever had the pleasure of being around.

She had two neighbors that were brothers.... 100# German shepherds... and SHE would herd them. Funniest damn thing you've ever seen. Wish I had pics of that. :)

I didn't vote yet, but my answer to you being a jerk would have to be no, since i dont know you well enough to judge you. That being said IMO any one who spends as much time on the forum as you do, helping all these othere new guys out cant be that bad of a guy in my book.

As far as being a smart ass, ABSOLUTELY!! But then again so am I. Ive read numerous responses you've made to others, several which have a kinda smart ass or shall I say politely sarcastic vibe to them, but usually there well deserved by the individual they are directed to. I in one instance have been the reciever of one of these responses, but I got a real chuckle out of it.

In any case, you do nice work, and your continuation to aid the fellow makers here with your input will be greatly
appreciated :thumbup:............those who cant take constructive criticism need to maybe toughen up a little and be big boys and girls. :D

I've been here at Blade for considerable time and have read more than enough from and about Nick to say that whoever has a bone to pick with Nick is either jealous or nuts, or both.

Me suspects it is some sap who is in jail and has nothing to do all day but be a jerk, and he randomly got onto you, I enjoy your posts and photos.
I was in a KITH exchange and David Schott drew my name and never sent me a knife, now that's a jerk. :jerkit:

Silliness. Sometimes the truth hurts when it is not sugarcoated. If I was about to do something stupid (like "If I get one of those radioshack light switch dimmers will that give me speed control for my 10hp buffer?) and I asked for advice, I would want somebody to tell me it was stupid than say nothing at all.:rolleyes:
