As I understand where you’re coming from Flar. The caliber isn’t really the point. NATO or NOT the price of Ammo has been ridiculously inflated over the last 10 yrs. and I agree the gun lobby and manufacturers are in cohoots. I don’t think anyone can say that scenario isn’t at least plausible.

AMMO: The price of the most common ammo (9mm, .45, 5.56, 7.62x39, and .308) is about as low as I've seen it since before Osama Bin Obama became president. 1000 rounds of m193 and sometimes m855 can be purchased for less than $300 sometimes including shipping. A case of 9mm under $200. This is the time to stock your stash when sales come up.

I couldn't find it locally for years after Sandy Hook. Now it seems to be plentiful again and you can get it for as little as 5 cents a round, which is a lot better than 10, but still a lot more than it used to be.

Do you have a source? I’m pretty sure what you read was fake news, CNN reported the shooters name as Sam Hyde (a 4 Chan meme) and I found an article claiming it was done by a guy name Samir Al-Hajeed (another fake news site) AP has stated this guy was dishonorably discharged, taught bible school and had no link to Terror groups.

I took extra precautions this weekend just in case the Antifa morons were able to get something going or if some other group hijacked their socialist/communist efforts to forward some other agenda.
The SBR doesn't weigh much, nor does the get home bag- especially when the F-150 is still running. As the saying goes, I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

I heard about the EMP thing and have been much more concerned about that than believing that Antifa could actually get something going that would require a legitimate large scale police response.
Although it sounds conspiracy theory minded I've read that the Fed Gov has had training exercises going just days before the largest attacks at those locations or within a few miles.
Time the EMP training drill with the Antifa wanna be civil war 2.0, the recent mass shootings, and it's enough reason for someone who normally tries to stay prepared to up their game for a few weeks surrounding this weekend.

If it does turn out that this a-hole who shot up those innocent people in a Church in Texas is somehow affiliated with Antifa then I hope that they do get officially labeled as a terrorist organization and are dealt with promptly. Considering the lack of reprisal from our government with BLM after the attack on the Police and how the MSM hide and cover for these organizations I highly doubt anything will happen even if the shooter was the president of the local Antifa chapter.

Keep your heads on a swivel my friends and do your best to take care of and support those around you, our support of the good people in our communities is as important as our support of the great Constitution of our land; for without each other we can't fix the problems that mindless meat bags like Soros have made for us.
