Does anyone carry a knife around the house

Heck yeah! If I'm wandering around the house, it's usually in comfortable clothes with lots of pockets.

That way I can dump two or three knives in there, and a flashlight or two.

Am I expecting some wild situation to come up where I suddenly need a bunch of knives and a few flashlights? No.

Do I like to have a bunch of fun gadgets on me to fiddle around with while I do other stuff? Heck yes!
 
I keep a folding knife and a multitool in my belt, a folding knife in my pocket and two large folder in my bag outside. At home, I keep two knives in the pocket of my pj.
 
If my pants are on, I have two knives. One small, and one bigger clipped to the pocket. No pants on, One clipped IWB of undies!:D

solidsoldier, I also have a Rolex Sea Dweller and the only time I take it off is in the shower. Not because of the water but because of the soap. I don't want soap in the band and I definitely do not want it under the bezel. I have an old diving Seiko that I showered in for years. I cannot turn that bezel now with a pair of channel locks.
 
If I'm wearing pants, I've got my military and surefire e2dl on me. When I sleep it goes about a foot away from my head on the nightstand. :thumbup:
 
Yup, I DO carry a knife clipped to my pocket at home. It comes in handy for opening mail & packages etc.
 
Yeah, I always carry a folder around the house. Usually it's a Case Whittler or Schrade 34OT in the pocket of my sweats.

Watch and wedding band on board at all times too.
 
From the time I get out of bed, to the time I go to bed, I have a SAK and/or a mini folder on me. Just an old habit, but at least one blade is on me at all times, and gets put on the nights stand with a small LED light, and a spare set of keys.

So yes, I carry at least one around the house. :)

I tend to keep my CRKT M-16 plugged into my pocket almost all the time. Im just so use to having a knife that I have one by myside all the time. I got a new swt of Chicago Cutlery steak knives but I always seem to use my pocket knife for those small apple cutting jobs.
 
If there is more the under wear on me there is a knife. My EDC for my lounge or PJ pants is an Al Mar Falcon. Even with the flimsey cotton material I don't even notice this feather weight!
