# 278 checking in and checking out. It's the last time you will see it original. Great knife and I have to say USPS is really on the ball. Tracking said "label created" at midnight and out for delivery at 0700 hrs. this morning. Made that long 75 mile trip in a flash ! Knife is sitting on a coffee mug that also came today as a gift from Rufus1949. Thank you my friend !

I'm enjoying viewing all the pictures while awaiting mine. I'll know for certain soon, but the pen blades on these look narrower than on the Pony Jacks. I had thought about doing a pen to coping modification, but I really like the shape of these pen blades.

You fixed the two things I did not like about this one. What was your trick for the bolster? I assume some sort of power tool was involved.

I have an Ebony Ettrick (actually two) that is finished exactly that way that I was going to send to somebody ............. but, somebody played a trick on me and delayed on our agreement.
Have to be next year, I reckon.

I imagine that a lot of the bunnies will get patina, one way or another.
Charlie has known for a long time that I am out of control !

#176 came in today. Fit and finish is excellent. Appreciate everyone’s hard work that made this possible. Would like to say I’m going to drop it in my pocket immediately, but after taking some pictures and wiping it off, Mrs. Crappie snatched it from me to wrap and place under the Christmas tree.

I don’t have my bunny knife yet, BUT Mrs. JOELSM has about 3 GEC knives acquired during 2022 under the tree. That’s how I role, “hey baby, I know it’s another knife, but you won’t have to do any Christmas shopping…It’s a win/win baby”…. It works fellas.

Primble you've got the Alpha Rabbit there alright, looks a load better, shiny coat (that dandruffy original looked itchy) and a beautiful job on the blades nice and even, you could make a fortune on SM with tutorials on that- I deeply suspect vinegar played a role, but wine, cider, balsamic? I know when I've had knives with matte (coarse finish...) bolsters a good session with the strop brings them up something special.

You have the oldest and most elite Bunny Knife, the rest are Knock-Offs
