So, this brings up a crucial question. Did this person ACTUALLY buy one of Don's knives, or are they simply posting here on BF, in a pathetic attempt to further Don's business? If the latter, then :thumbdn: :barf:
 
I got involved with this since he first posted and I think Danbo is asking a very fair question.

Kind of interesting that they both use the same style for a Forum name and that
Kristie,with a K, is Don's daughter. I noticed that LMKAD has no e-mail or name listed.

Don really seems to be a well meaning fellow and he just needs to temper his ways, a bit. Folks have bought his knives and liked them, no need for this type of self promotion.

Now the "we're picking" on Don crew can chime in.

For the record, I know Don and have bought and traded with him in the past at the Tulsa gun/knife show. I even have one of his knives at home. He does good work and is one heck of a nice guy. This stuff going on here on BF seems to be a bit funny, is all.

Without the internet tools to verify this, I was 95% sure of the psuedonym from the first post. I suppose *we're* the ones who are supposed to believe this? Back to the fourth grade again..... :thumbdn:

I think it's just his daughter tryin' to help out her Pop. I seem to remember she was not too sophisticated in the ways of Ye Olde Forumme Lore when she first came on and probably thought nobody could see her throwing levers behind the wizard's curtain... So maybe now that she's outed we could have mercy.

wow..ok nowthat just hurts,but I understand where yall are goming from.It does look VERY weird I'll give yall that.But God as my wittness we are on the up and up,Dont know or heard of lovemykallday,untill he bought a knive.Never spoke to just via email.Yes I am my dads biggest fan,is that a crime?I feel it is ok to let people know that there is pride in my outlook on him and the work he has done and profected.That is all.That is how us okies work,if it is good tell it to the heavens.I meen no offence,up talk him in a false manor,push in blades,they speak for them selves.I need to learn bl thread rules and manors and watch what I say ,so not to make anyone suppious or doubtful.I just run at the keyboard and go!!!
So I'm not offended,mad or upset.Just confused how all this came about.But never the less like danbo stated he hase one of his knives and he is happy,knows him and has met him.He is nice and most of all HONEST.As well am I.We have NOTHING to gain by lying,wrongful promotion.He sell all over the world(not bragging just saying).this is not the only way he does bus.In fact this whole venture is new and we hope that it will work.He at first was SO SO SO leary about the internet.My dad(so funny)worries about stuff that I would have never thought of.It is a trust issue for him as well.So enough said on my part.Sorry for all the doubt,but I did not creat it,I just kinda wonder if someone out there is just trying to have fun at out expence.Not accusing just wondering.
 
If you look at the guestbook on the site that Don has, it's the same story again, several posts asking about ordering knives, and talking about how great they are, and for the first two couldn't even figure out how to log out of his own username.
 
Boy, up until now my opinion of Don Parrish was that he sold his knives because he made a good knife.

Now it seems he sells his knives by engaging in deception....................Sad

Kristy, What Bastid pointed out was that there is the exact same origination of the IP (internet) mail address for both these Bladeforum member accounts. If you are not sending out the 'lovemykallyday' notes, then SOMEONE in your house is.....

Please make it right and fess up? Someone? No one is going out of their way to make you look bad, but someone is going out of their way to deceive us. We appreciate honesty more than deception.
