Dual Survival

I posted this link in the chat last night, definitely want to see what Dave is going to do. Followed his vids on youtube for a while.
 
Thanks for the heads up! Both these guys have great personalities and some unique philosophies...I think it's a real good match up. I'll spread the word as these guys deserve some postive plugs.

As to receiving local advice...I hope they do, you'd be an idiot if you didn't. I have more respect for those that admit it.

Lundin is a true guru, though I notice he was wearing boots in one picture. Think that is the only time I've seen him wear shoes.

Canterbury seems like an interesting guy too. Definitely appreciate him posting his stuff on youtube.

In short, can't wait.

And flush Teddy Bear Grylls.
 
This has potential to be lots of fun. Both these guys know their stuff but come at it from two completely different mindsets.
 
I remember when they were lobbying for participants for Dual Survival. Kevin E. and I got a couple emails about it... at first I was stoked... then it sounded like they were going for "reality drama"... whatever it was, they didn't like my response. I'm glad to.... Cody Lundin.... out of my league. I would like to see Kevin on that show... he could hold his own.

Good start IMO.

And very little Grylli Vanilli type stuff although you can color me skeptical about bonking a porcupine with an oar.
 
I'm diggin this show. Didn't seem to wacky crazy. The wife even thinks its a cool show. I've followed Canterbury on Youtube for a while and I'm glad to see this show finally come out. Hope it does well and Hollywood doesn't edit it to another joke.
 
For those who can't watch tonight, discovery website shows it airing a few more times this weekend. I'll have to catch it tomorrow.
