I don't know enough about it to know what I don't know.

However, bureaucracy is bureaucracy so it would seem that my last statement would be the logical conclusion of the constant state of contradictory confusion that goes on.

I think it is time to close this thread. No sense in any OPSEC being compromised over differences in particular situations on the same host country. But just for the record, Colombia is a cool place and I appreciate everyone who has been a part of making it a cool place. Onward!
