Earl Sees the World!

Gev, Mark, Dave and Erik, Thank you guys, it was a ton of fun doing our part---Nanc was like really? are you serious? until she saw the thread and then she actually took over from there:thumbup:

So Earl said his good-byes and reluctantly snuggled in the box for his journey "Down Under" New Zealand that is:) Duncan and I spoke briefly and it sounds like Earl will see Australia/New Zealand's forum members then head to points unknown?

Earls destination is only determined by his current host:thumbup:

Thanks again Evan---it was a pleasure:cool::)

Well done Nancy and Paul!
I really enjoyed your installment of Earls journey.

Sadly ,even today- there are communities around the world who are so devoid of culture and remote that the children have never heard the Uranus joke.
Please give generously and donate your old one liners today.
There is nothing as wonderful as the sound of children snickering at rude jokes whilst thinking no one else has heard it before.:p:D
That is a great pictorial Paul- the High Line is amazing.
This is an epic journey for EARL.

Now that's funny meako:thumbup: glady or sadly, not sure which one or both, I still find that funny:o

Before the vandals remove the Uranus marker we have pictures of ourselves along side and atop the planet:p

Thank you Duane and Bob, Nanc and I enjoyed having EARL visit:thumbup:

Paul, I really enjoyed your post on EARL's visit, but in the back of my mind, something was bothering me. I finally figured out today what it is. WHERE'S THE SNOW???:eek: Is it typical for February in North Dakota to have so much bare ground showing?? Are you North Dakotans cleverly misleading all the rest of us about the severity of your winters just to keep us all from moving up there?? :grumpy::grumpy:
I, and I suspect many others, want a straight answer, and we want it NOW!!

- GT

I was thinking the same thing as GT looking at Paul's pics. He's got almost no snow in North Dakota, but my front yard is close to 10' deep!

A very MILD Winter here guy's. A nice change compared to years past. I do snow removal during the Winters (haven't been busy this year) but my handyman business fills the void:thumbup:

A few years ago we had back to back roof shoveling years where we shoveled over 120 roofs each year. The money was great but my back sure bothered me:o

Wow! Thanks for showing Earl such a great time, Paul!! What an awesome stop with an awesome guy. I hope Earl didn't cause too much trouble!

Normally I would offer Earl a bed for the night if he is ever in Queensland Australia , but I don't think I'd be happy having him in the same house as my wife and teenage daughter .
I've seen his type before , and my house is no place for a " Ladies Man " .

:)

I think EARL is on a very slow boat to the South Pacific. Or he is stuck in customs in New Zealand?
