Keep safe man, Has fujita yuji come on recently?

Just tuned into the news and My goodness the pictures that the news is showing is unreal.

Stay safe man, Our prayers are with you all,

Bryan

I sent a PM to Fujita, hopefully he will chime in on here

Keep safe man, Has fujita yuji come on recently?

He lives in Kamakura where is near the ocean, but not too near from center area of earthquake. If he works at far place from his house, it's very difficult to come back to home now because trains has been stopped. Also worried about.

All of you are in our thoughts.

We depend very much on our friends from Japan here. When I heard the news, you were the first people I thought of.

Thanks for checking in!

Memos in confusion continued...

Celluler phones and its mails were almost unavailable about 4-6 hours.
Couldn't send mails or few hour later received.
Line phone was sometimes able to receive, so to be used to connect celluler users.
Only gas was stopped in Tokyo about lifelines.
Crazy traffic jams were happened (Now my dad has been moving to my sister).
Cannot cook with gas but can drink hot water from electric pot, refrigerator and microwave is active.
Lots of seven-eleven are at work. Newspepers was also delivered.
No problem with Internet except domestic server.
Needed a little large memo pad to write noisy-phone hearing.
Too many solid weights were fallen to my mother's bed. Fortunate 2-3 PM....

I was lucky to be at home then. Now it's 23:34 at GMT+9.

wow. Are emails and text messaging on cell phones working?

I knew something was up when the radio went on about this earthquake the moment I turned it on. Then I checked google news and the pictures are horrific.

They are having a really bad day today, sending smoke to all involved in this tradgety.

One of my friends said her cell and landlines weren't working, she could only use internet to communicate. I think she was stuck at work since the trains were stopped and they couldn't go home.

Another friend who lives in Yokohama was using her iPhone to email back and forth. She mentioned she was in a department store when the quake hit and had to walk home.

Another on email in Okinawa.

Haven't heard from them in a couple hours now. Hopefully they're still doing fine.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the folks of Japan. Sorry to hear about your troubles and hope every one comes out of it o.k.

wow. Are emails and text messaging on cell phones working?

Dad's Docomo was worse and sister's iPhone(softbank) was not good.
I couldn't send Email from mail.com to yahoo.co.jp at dinner time.
But one by one recovery has been running, I hope yuji will receive your mail.

Now it's 03:03AM. about 12 hours passed.
Gas recovery was confirmed but some of my fams are still outside.
Stormy wind was stopped and here's dark deep skies silent night.
Aftershocks are still sometimes but becomes not so frequently.
I don't wear off clothes yet and shoes are set in bedroom.
Temp in the room is 9C and weather forecast tells me 39F.
Jams are still terrible in central area.

Strange to say but difficult to feel serious occasion.
No apocalypse around but still worthy.

Stay safe. I just saw this when I signed on, and immediately told my family/friends. One of my good buddies lives in Japan, but I am not sure where. I am hoping he is OK.
