Thanks for the history, Neal!! I paid a bit over 41c for it!!Charlie, great example that is at least 100 years old. Sears Wilbert models were offered from circa 1908 to 1925 and were made by a few different cutlery companies.
While Challenge by some folders for Wilbert, I believe your fine example was made by Camillus. Enclosed is a Sears Wilbert illustration from 1914.
Not a bad deal for 41 cents, I hope you didn't pay much over retail.

Two beautiful examples of notch less easy open models.They were called a Farmer's knife, back a few years ago! Note the large EO, making it accessible with gloves!!! Now it's more common to call these knives Farmer's Jacks!!!View attachment 2137051
